Who are we looking for?
From platform delivery workers to financial advisors, marketers to engineers, we believe that anyone with the right motivation, passion, and learning agility should apply. You must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident. This programme is open to those with or without prior experience and education in computer science.
What will you learn?
Trainees undergo an accelerated, full-time programme to acquire and apply an interdisciplinary range of skills, knowledge and dispositions in technical languages and competencies, social and team dynamics, supported by professional coaches and mentors throughout the journey.
Programme Information 2025 Cohort
Participants of the programme will undergo a comprehensive and interdisciplinary curriculum comprising Core Skills Training and the principles / best practices of low-code programming on the OutSystems platform. This four-month^ accelerated, fully sponsored programme will wrap up with a capstone project and an OutSystems certification.

Graduates of the Step IT Up programme will be placed in specific tech roles they have been trained for — such as software developers, data analysts, and more.
Each intake is tailored to meet current industry needs, so roles may differ across intakes based on demand.
For the 2025 cohort, successful applicants will undergo training to become full-time OutSystems Low-Code Developers. Upon successful completion of the programme, graduates will be employed by Temus.
